Letβs Learn Kindness (Part 3)
Kindness is like magic that helps people feel like they belong together and are important to each other.
It's like giving someone a big hug with your actions, making them smile and feel better, especially when they're sad.
How You Can Be Kind
You're sitting at the lunch table and you notice a classmate forgot their snack at home. You have a big bag of apple slices, more than enough for two. Being kind means offering some of your apple slices to your classmate, so you both can enjoy snack time together.

Think about a day you're playing your favorite game at recess, and you notice someone standing alone, watching from the side, wishing they could join in. You know how much fun the game is and think everyone should get to play. Being kind means going over to that person, asking them if they'd like to join your game

Tip For The Parents
Praise Kind Acts: Recognize and praise your child when they display acts of kindness. Positive reinforcement encourages them to repeat those behaviors. Be specific in your praise, highlighting exactly what they did that was kind and why it was important.
ππ¨ Witness the magic of sharing and friendship in a sunny playground!
Once upon a time, in a sunny little town filled with laughter and fun, there lived a young boy named Steph. Steph had a very special toy, a bright red fire truck with shiny wheels that could spin faster than the wind. He loved his fire truck more than any other toy, and he would play with it every day after school in the playground.

One sunny afternoon, as Steph was racing his fire truck across the sandy playground, he noticed a new face. A little girl named Mia was sitting on a bench, watching the other children play. She looked a bit sad and all alone. Steph felt a tug at his heart. He remembered how he felt on his first day at the playground, surrounded by unfamiliar faces.

Gathering all his courage, Steph approached Mia, his prized fire truck in hand. 'Would you like to play with my fire truck?' he asked, offering his favorite toy to Mia. Her face lit up with a bright smile, and together, they spent the afternoon racing the fire truck, creating stories of daring rescues and great adventures.

As the sun began to set, painting the sky in shades of orange and pink, Steph realized he had never had so much fun. Sharing his toy with Mia not only made her happy but filled him with a warmth he had never felt before. He learned that sharing not only doubles the joy but also builds friendships that could light up even the gloomiest days.

That evening, as Steph walked home, he felt lighter and happier, knowing he had made a new friend. He had discovered the joy of kindness, a lesson he would carry with him forever.
