Chapter 3: The Starry Night Project

A few days after the space fair, Mrs. Jensen, their school teacher, announced a class project. "We're going to create a Starry Night exhibition, and each of you will present a part of our solar system!" Stephen immediately thought of Mars. "Sabrina, let's team up and create a Mars exhibit! We can use what we learned at the space fair!" Sabrina nodded, excited about the idea.

They started working on their project. Stephen researched facts about Mars, like its red soil and the tallest volcano in the solar system. Meanwhile, Sabrina focused on the creativity part. She painted Mars landscapes and even made a small model of the Mars rover they had seen at the fair.

During their project, they faced a challenge. Their classmate, Billy, who was working on the Jupiter exhibit, was struggling. He had difficulty finding information and making his model. Stephen and Sabrina noticed his frustration.

Sabrina suggested, 'Stephen, let's help Billy. We can finish our Mars model and then help him with Jupiter.' Stephen agreed, and they spent the next few days helping Billy. Together, they gathered information about Jupiter and helped him build a model of the Great Red Spot.

On the day of the exhibition, their class was filled with amazing projects. The Mars exhibit was a hit, and Billy's Jupiter model turned out great, thanks to their help. Mrs. Jensen was impressed and praised their teamwork and kindness. That evening, as they looked up at the stars, Stephen and Sabrina felt proud. They had not only shared their love for Mars but also learned the importance of helping others. Stephen said, 'Being an astronaut means more than exploring space; it's about being a good team member and helping others.' They both smiled, their hearts as full as the starry sky above.
